Bonez MC, de son vrai nom Johann "John" Lorenz Moser, est connu comme membre du crew hip-hop 187 Strassenbande, mais aussi comme artiste solo. Son style se situe entre le dancehall français, le streetrap et le rap allemand. Né le 23 décembre 1985 à Hambourg, Bonez MC se fait connaître depuis 2006 par sa participation à divers samplers et albums. Avec sa première vidéo "Toprott" (2006), Bonez MC se fait remarquer par le label hambourgeois Jentown Cryhme. C'est également là que paraît sa première mixtape Mehr geht nicht, avec laquelle il acquiert une grande notoriété à Hambourg. Le rappeur connaît son premier succès avec son premier album Krampfhaft kriminell, qui paraît sur son label Toprott Muzik, fondé en 2012. L'album High und Hungrig (2014) - une collaboration avec Gzuz - se hisse finalement dans le top 10 des charts allemands. Depuis, le succès de Bonez MC ne cesse de croître à chaque sortie ou presque. Avec l'album Palmen aus Plastik (2016), il réussit, avec Raf Camora, l'un des plus grands succès de l'histoire du rap allemand. Le single du même nom remporte un double disque de platine. Avec la chanson "Ohne mein Team", Bonez MC atteint même le statut de diamant. Son deuxième album solo Hollywood se transforme en hit numéro 1 en 2020. L'album produit quatre classements numéro 1, dont le single "Roadrunner", avec lequel Bonez MC atteint pour la première fois le sommet des hit-parades en tant qu'artiste solo. La même année, il sort son troisième album solo, Hollywood Uncut , qui lui permet d'atteindre une nouvelle fois le numéro 1. Ensuite, Bonez MC collabore à nouveau avec des collègues rappeurs. En 2022 sort Palmen aus Plastik 3, un nouvel album en collaboration avec Raf Camora. L'album se classe à nouveau numéro 1 en Allemagne. Bonez MC connaît le même succès avec Gzuz et l'album commun High & Hungrig 3 en 2023. A la fin de l'année, Bonez MC présente Loveline, un EP avec de nouvelles chansons. En automne 2024, Bonez MC publie Gameboy, un autre album.

Born in Hamburg, he began performing with 187 Strassenbande in 2006 and made his solo debut with 'High & Hungrig' in 2014 with the follow-up 'High & Hungrig 2' topping the German Albums Chart in 2016.
